Because of the President's and Secretary's resignation elections were held.

     Results of the elections are:

Jay DeCamp acting President until January 2011 when a new Pres. is  installed.

Bill Horne: Vice President until Jan. 2012.

Mel Zeiger would take the Secretary's job, but since he was not

present, this will be tabled until the July Meeting.  This office

will be held until Nov. 2010.

Mike Ferlisi has signed the lease for our meeting room for the rest of this

     year and also 2011.

Sweetbay cruise-in was canceled by Allen Stone. The Board will check with  Sweetbay to see if  we could have a Fall show.  Jay, Bill and Mike will bring  the proposal before the Club in July.

Mike will check with the old Entertainment committee, since we were told

     that they have all resigned.

JoAnn Horne volunteered to chair our new Entertainment Committee.  She will need help.

The By Laws need to be revised and the Board will meet along with

members Mike Varga, Bob Shaffer, Rich Welch and Jim Maiurro.

The Board will report at the July Meeting.

Jay DeCamp spoke to the members saying " This is your Club and

nothing will be done without your approval."

Jay said he would like to continue the picnic's ( when the weather is cooler)

There will be NO advisor's with this new Board.

We are paying $ 25.00 for refreshments each month so it was decided we

go back to the old way and the women, or men, will make cakes and be

reimbursed $ 5.00.  JoAnn Horne will coordinate this venture.

The 50/50 was won by John Torant.
